My name is Andrew(Cheolki) Yoo. I am the author of See the Door Opened: How to Get Over Global Mental Health Crisis Caused by COVID-19 Pandemic, which is about Healing and Recovery of the body and mind in a difficult time.

For Twenty-five years I taught in high schools and universities in Korea.During my lecture at the university, I had also run start-ups in the field of education and consultancy for many years. I work as an NLP Trainer & Consultant, Coach, Author, Public speaker, and Advisory for Start-ups. I am also the CEO and Producer of Trans4mind Korea, the Personal Development Training Center for Korean Language Users all over the World.

I got an NLP Trainer & Consultant qualification in July 2005, at NLP University in Santa Cruz, USA, and became a member of the Global Training & Consulting Community. I also attended the "Breakthrough to Success" seminar of Jack Canfield in September 2005, Las Vegas, USA.

I realized the importance of self-improvement through the experience ofNLP training and the "Breakthrough to Success" seminar. After I decided to do for waking up people's potential, I founded the Human Excellence Development Institute(HEDI) in Seoul, Korea in 2006. And it also led me to run the Trans4mind.kr site in 2017.

I have established the HEDI with the following philosophy and principles, and I also have run the Trans4mind.kr site depends on the philosophy and principles.

  • All human beings have their own excellence.
  • People have their own unique talents.
  • Everyone wants to have a better future than now.
  • People's lives depend on their own choice.
  • Everyone has their resources that achieve what they want to.
  • The best way to predict the future is to create it.
  • People can only do what they believe they can do.
  • Dreams come true.
  • I expect to the following through not only the Trans4mind.kr but also all the activities such as public speaking, writing, coaching, consulting, and training etc.

  • To bring the people to the world of happiness and wellbeing.
  • To empower the people to find his or her purpose of life.
  • To encourage the people to fulfill his or her spirituality.
  • To guide the people to share what he or she has now.
  • To help the people make his or her dreams come true.
  • To lead the people to live his or her own lives.
  • To make the people strengthen his or her self-esteem and confidence.
  • To support the people to accept what he or she is and to appreciate it.

  • Our mind is a small universe where all kinds of phenomena occur from time to time. Mindfulness is a shortcut to the stability and peace of the small universe.

    The method I usually do practice to help myself and mindfulness in everyday life is autosuggestion, visualization, and mirroring exercise.
